Wired Differently: Supporting Girls with Autism + ADHD

Price range: $220.00 through $240.00

This course explores the inner experience of AuDHD (Autism + ADHD) in girls; especially those who seem “fine” on the outside but struggle quietly. Boys and girls can show Autism and ADHD very differently—boys are more likely to display outward, disruptive behaviors, while girls often internalize their struggles, mask their challenges, and go unnoticed despite experiencing the same level of difficulty. This course highlights the hidden stress and burnout that can come from masking and managing both neurotypes at once.

Participants will learn to recognize how to help these children with subtle signs of overload, understand behavior as a nervous system response, and create supportive, neuro-affirming environments where girls can feel safe, understood, and authentic. This course is appropriate for all K-12 teachers and school professionals.

This course is applicable to all educators, guidance counselors/social workers/psychologists, administrators, and any related service providers of all subjects, grades K-12.
