We schedule all classes as “open enrollment” for your convenience.  Since we are web-based the exact start/end dates do not matter to most schools as long as you complete the course at the time you specified to them. If your school requires specific dates for approval, we suggest submitting the date you anticipate starting the course and your estimated completion date. We will print the month/year you completed the course on your certificate. If for some reason your school requires more information, we will gladly accommodate. Our live/Zoom or in-person classes are available with specific instructors. You will see the available option as a drop down if the class you’re interesed is offered as a Zoom/Hybrid class. You will register using the same steps as above. The instructor will reach out to all students and find a convenient time/date that will work for all participants. Just email us with any questions. registrar@OSAinstitute.com
Your course is due 6 months from your purchase/enrollment date. Please refer to the order summary email you received to determine your purchase/enrollment date.

We will beat any competitors pricing for inservice classes! Contact us.
Once the course is accessed, we are unable to offer a refund. Please let us know if you have a specific concern and we will try our best to address your needs.
Every instructor is unique in style; however, we typically follow a similar format and grading policy for all our online courses. We usually require students to watch videos, review PowerPoints, read educational published journal articles, and more. We then grade assignments out of 100%. In-person and live courses will be teacher centered and group assignments. Due to the caliber of our programs, MNU does not require any additional assignments for their graduate classes. CSU requires one extra assignment and a survey.
