Students will discuss the importance of movement breaks in the classroom and learn about activities and strategies that can be used to help children focus, increase their productivity, and reduce their stress. The benefits of movement breaks in the classroom apply not just to those with special needs. Movement breaks have been shown to help increase concentration and have been shown to increase the efficacy of learning in general. Learn how even 5 minute movement breaks can make a tremendous impact on your students behavior and overall attention.
