In this course, participants will learn about reflective practice and its benefits, including evidence-based practice and ethical decision-making.

Participants will be able to identify methods of reflective practice, common structured reflective practice models, and potential challenges to reflective practice. Participants will explore how reflective practice can promote professional growth and use critical thinking skills to complete a practice reflective writing exercise. This course is applicable
to related service providers.   This course was created for school-based related service providers, K-12. 45 hours.
