Using Bloom’s Taxonomy to Improve Learning Outcomes
$220.00 – $240.00
How do we measure how well a student has learned and how can we help them get there? Bloom’s Taxonomy provides a framework for helping our students develop a greater mastery in what we are teaching, as well as a way to see if they have learned necessary skills. Starting with basic knowledge and ending with creating something original, Bloom’s Taxonomy serves as a guide to progressively higher levels of thought. By supplying educators with the vocabulary to promote each level, we have a guide to not only develop engaging lessons, but also check on their progress.Teachers in this course will use Bloom’s Taxonomy to structure lessons and assessments that can be used in their own classrooms to guide their own students to higher levels of thought. This course is applicable to all educators, guidance counselors/social workers/psychologists, administrators, and any related service providers of all subjects, grades K-12.
