AP Language & Composition: Knowing the Exam and Prepping Your Students

Aside from the rigor, complexity, and quantity of the material taught in Advanced Placement courses, instructors are charged with the task of preparing their students for the actual college experience and for the exam that offers potential college credit.  The AP Language and Composition Exam – one that does not give away 5s easily, is among the more challenging on the AP menu.  Teachers enrolled in this course will explore the sections of the test as well as tried and true methods of teaching those sections.  We will examine various supplemental materials, valuable resources and effective preparational strategies. 

This class is suitable to High School English Teachers

45 hours / 3 credits in-service and graduate credits.

OSA will email you a registration link within 3 days. Click the link and complete your MNU registration. The separate fee to MNU will be $270.

$240 (OSA) + $270 (MNU)= $510 per graduate course with MNU.
